Tax, filing, registration and compliance work often involves professional time, portal activity and third-party costs. Refund eligibility is reviewed based on what has already been started or completed.
Consultation and Service Fees
Fees may be charged for consultation, filing, registration, documentation, compliance support, notice response or advisory services. The amount and scope are discussed before work begins.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before any work, review, drafting, filing, portal activity or professional time has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment gateway, administrative or third-party charges where applicable.
After Work Has Started
Once work has started, fees may be non-refundable either fully or partly depending on the stage of work completed, professional time spent, documents reviewed, drafts prepared, filings attempted, portal work completed or third-party costs incurred.
Government Fees and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, portal payments, challans, stamp duty, registration charges, payment gateway charges and third-party costs are generally non-refundable by Tax Eagle Solutions once paid or incurred.
No Refund for Outcome-Based Reasons
Refunds are not provided merely because a statutory authority, portal, registry, tax department or third-party platform delays, rejects, objects to or does not approve a matter, where work has been performed as per agreed scope.
Refund Review Process
Refund requests should be sent to info@taxeaglesolutions.com with payment details, service details and reason for request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through a suitable channel within a reasonable time.
Rescheduling
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Missed consultations or delayed document sharing may affect timelines and service delivery.
